A stroller can be a major expense for any family so budget minded parents might be looking for cheap double strollers.  However, you don’t want to sacrifice quality or safety when it comes to your stroller.   Some of the cheaper  models may not be comfortable for your child and probably won’t include some of the safety features that keep them from getting finger pinched etc…

So, what can you do if you need a double stroller and are looking to save some money.   Your two best bets are to buy used and buy at auction.   People only use strollers for a few years and sometimes you can pick one up for a fraction of the cost that is slightly used.  Of course, you need to look it over carefully to make sure it isn’t missing anything and that the padding and seat fabric doesn’t have any holes etc…

Finding cheap double strollers at auction online can be a great idea.   Sometimes you can get brand new ones that are being closed out or from merchants that have excess inventory.  Other times, gently used strollers come up for a huge bargain.  Here are some of the latest double strollers available at ebay today:

Most parents want to buy the best double strollers that they can but with so many out there to choose from how do you know which ones really are the best?  As with anything else, I’ve found the best way to find out which strollers are the ones that work good and are great for use day in and day out is to go with reviews from other people that have bought and used the stroller.
